  1. Relevance: Focus on language contents that are immediately relevant to you.
  2. Use it as a tool: Use your new language as a tool to communicate from day 1.
  3. Understand the message: When you first understand the message,  you will unconsciously acquire the language.
  4. Physiological training: Train your mouth muscles by speaking out the new language.
  5. Psycho-physiological state: Be in a positive relaxed state of mind when learning.

7 actions: 

  1. Listen a lot.
  2. Focus on getting the meaning first before getting the words.
  3. Start mixing the words you already know.
  4. Focus on the core by learning the most frequently used 3000 words.
  5. Get a language “parent”.
  6. Copy the face
  7. Directly connect to mental images
